Serah Opticals Group is looking for a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist with a valid DHA / MOH licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Perform refraction tests and prescribe suitable spectacles and contact lenses.
- Identify common eye conditions and refer patients to ophthalmologists when required.
- Provide professional advice on lens options, frames, contact lenses, and eye care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and examination reports.
- Ensure all clinical procedures follow DHA/MOH guidelines and company standards.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service.
- Support branch operations and achieve individual and branch targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, accuracy, and proper handling of optical equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid DHA/MOH licence is mandatory.
- Previous optometry experience in the UAE is preferred.
- Good knowledge of refraction, contact lenses, optical products, and lens dispensing.
- Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Professional appearance and a patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
