Optometrist Hiring

Serah Opticals Group is looking for a qualified and customer-focused Optometrist with a valid MOH licence and strong Arabic communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Perform refraction tests and prescribe suitable spectacles and contact lenses.
• Identify common eye conditions and refer patients to ophthalmologists when required.
• Provide professional advice on lens options, frames, contact lenses, and eye care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and examination reports.
• Ensure all clinical procedures follow MOH guidelines and company standards.
• Coordinate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service.
• Support branch operations and achieve individual and branch targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, accuracy, and proper handling of optical equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid MOH licence is mandatory.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Previous optometry experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Good knowledge of refraction, contact lenses, optical products, and lens dispensing.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Professional appearance and a patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: 3,000.00 (AED) – 4,000.00 (AED) per month
