For exchange requests, kindly reach out to us via email at info@serahopticals.com. Please use “Exchange” as the subject line and include the following details in your message:

1. Your order reference number.
2. Product details of the item you wish to exchange.
3. The reason for the exchange.
4. Specify the new product you desire in exchange.

You have a 7-day window, starting from the day of receiving the item, to initiate an exchange. The item must be unused and returned with its original packaging.

Conditions for the exchange:

> Sunglasses or frames must be returned undamaged and with all parts and accessories.

> Contact lenses must be returned in unopened packaging and without damage.

We offer a one-time product replacement only. To facilitate the process, our courier personnel will pick up the original item, and the new item will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Alternatively, you can exchange it at one of our stores with the receipt for an item of the same value or higher.

Shipping for the exchange will be free of charge for this one-time transaction. Once we receive the original item in our office, the new item will be shipped promptly.
